F.A.T: Foundational Aerial Technique

C.A.T: Continuing Aerial Technique

E.A.T: Excelling Aerial Technique.

Every class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. First, purchase your membership. Next, please sign up though our scheduling platform, Accuity at the bottom of this page.

Drop in classes start at $30. Memberships start at $99.

All classes are 14 + unless labeled “Youth”.

 
 

SILKS

FAT Mondays (upstairs)
5:30pm - 6:30pm

For students new to aerial, who are building strength and learning foundational technique & skills. Climbs, Locks, & Inversions

 
 

SATURDAY YOUTH CLUB Age 6-13

FAT Saturdays

CAT Saturdays (prior permission required)
12:30pm - 1:30pm

This is our favorite weekend activity. We recommend this class for those under 14 years old. Introduction to all aerial apparatus. Learning Skills, along with dance, hula hooping, and other forms of movement. It’s like being back at summer camp without the sunshine.

YOUTH HOME SCHOOL

Wednesdays 12:15-1:15

This is for beginners, ones new to aerial. And some that have maybe tried it a few times. We will have a warm up, play on the apparatus, maybe dance, maybe hula hoop.. But have lots of fun.

$15 per kid, $5 for each additional sibling thereafter per week.

TRAPEZE

FAT Saturdays
11:15am – 12:15pm

This class focuses on the foundational movement for bar apparatus:

Balances, Inversions, Mounts, Beats

 

STRENGTH & CIRQUE - IT TRAINING

Thursdays 6:45-7:30

Welcome to your perfect after work workout. During this class, we do conditioning in a circuit-style format (timed exercises, different stations) which uses the Cirque apparatuses and techniques, and also based in functional movement and biomechanics.

Expect to hang, push, pull, crawl, climb, and maybe even dance a little.

This is the BEST place to start. This class will introduce you to the aerial apparatuses and begin to wake up the deep muscles you will use in future aerial classes

OPEN GYM

Saturdays 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Thursdays 7:30pm-9:30pm

Supervised open playtime on Silks, Lyra, Rope, Hammock, & Trapeze for students to work on skill & technique that they have previously learned from Premier. No instruction. No YouTube. Can bring own apparatus with prior permission. Apparatus will be inspected by Premier staff and must have your own insurance policy to bring your own apparatus.

More than a class, our beginner aerial yoga is designed to be fun! Open to any level of practice, our Aerial Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence.
